Plan with me : March in my bullet journal
February is almost done… which means that it’s time to get ready for March! I decided to create my monthly pages around a theme for this month. March is « mars » in French. Mars : space… here’s my theme, space!

March in my bullet journal
March cover page
I used two tones of yellow to calligraph « mars » and create a gradient. I wrote the word using the pale yellow brush pen and then added some darker yellow on the top of each letters. I blended the colors with a Tombow colorless blending pen. If you don’t own one, you can also use a brush and some water. To give a little bit of dimension to my lettering, I added a drop shadow with an orange fineliner and a grey brush pen. With a white gel pen, I added light on the letters.

I doodled some « space » elements around the title. It’s so easy to draw : a moon, some circles and dots, some tiny starts and done!

Monthly log

This month, I decided to give up on my regular monthly log layout to adopt something a bit more creative. I was inspired by Kimmy @bumblebujo to create a circular layout. I wrote « mars » in the center of the spread and then doodled some planets and stars around the word. My monthly events will be written all around the wreath.

Mood tracker
As for my monthly log, I used a whole spread for my mood tracker. I wanted something more elaborate than for the past few months so I went with a totally different layout! I created a nice header using a simple but colorful font.

At the bottom of the spread, I created a colored scale from 1 to 6 that I’ll use to give my mood a grade. I left some space in front of each day to write down a few words about the day.

Habit + sleep trackers
Once again, I created my trackers on a whole spread. My habit tracker is a simple table.

For this month, I decided to track my sleep. Vacation and sickness completely messed up with my sleep cycle…
Conclusion
This month shows a big change of style. I tried to get out of my comfort zone and be more creative with my bullet journal.

Yellow is the color for my theme this month, too! Your monthly log is so creative. I definitely want to try something like that next month, although I’m not quiet creative like you are.
